2021-22 ACA Health and Wellbeing Grants
Past players have access to a Health and Wellbeing Grant each financial year to assist with a range of health, wellbeing, career and education costs. The grant is a reimbursement payment of $500 for pensioners (or Government issued health care card holders) and $200 for all other members.
To access the online application form please click here - 2021-22 Past Player Health & Wellbeing Grant. Please ensure that you include valid receipts (or similar proof of payment) for expenses incurred or dated in the 2021/22 financial year.
