Applications Open - 2023 ACA Internship Program

Every season, the Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) advertises internship positions for ACA members looking to develop their career.

The Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA), in partnership with Cricket Australia and state organisations nationally, is offering five, paid sport administration internships for ACA members looking to develop their careers.

There are eight advertised positions with five to be chosen and progressed based on the quality of the position and applications. This means that not all advertised opportunities will be selected. Maximum one opportunity per state will be successful.

The Program is a terrific example of how players are funding initiatives to benefit fellow members and strengthen the game.

In its ninth year, the 2023 program offers a wide variety of diverse opportunities, detailed below.

The ACA Internship Program was developed to assist players with their career outside of the game. The ACA Internship is available to all ACA members.

The ACA has engaged Infront Sports Consulting to manage the application process.

All applications will require your current Curriculum Vitae and a cover letter detailing:

  • Your preferred internship option
  • Your availability to complete the ten-week placement

Placements can be completed full or part-time, in-season or during the off-season, with flexibility around training, playing and other commitments.

Applications close at 11:59 pm on Friday 31 March 2023.

For further information, please call Denita Preston at Infront Sports Consulting on 0473 877 797 or ACA Transition & Past Player Development Manager Mark Gregory on 0418 891 440.
