Player Transition

Career Transition

Each player is encouraged to consider their future beyond cricket by working with their PDM on an annual Individual Development Plan (IDP). The IDP guides a player through a process to identify their priority for development. A player will assess their level of Self Awareness, Industry Exploration, Learning (education), Work Experience and Networking to determine their focus of development through the season.
